Belize

Signed Contract Amendment Extension Belize Presentation Articles of incorporation in BelizeTreaty Energy's contractor, Radar Satellite Solutions (R.S.S.) has completed its initial analysis of a portion of the land based concession. Mike Morgan, spokesman for R.S.S., stated that R.S.S. has concluded a geophysical 3-D mapping of the prolific Spanish Lookout oil field in the Northwest area of Belize. This was done to gain a better understanding of known reservoir characteristics in Belize. Detailed report can be viewed by clicking above.

Background on Belize: Currently there is one company, Belize Natural Energy Ltd. (BNE), actively exploring its onshore concession. BNE started exploration in 2005 and as of May 2009 it is producing an average of 5000 barrels of high grade crude oil per day (API 40.8 Sulphur 0.89%) out of ten wells that they have drilled.

Texas

The Texas District 7B was home to many of the early Texas boom town oil fields and has a rich and storied history. Millions of barrels of crude have been pumped out of the Ranger, Eastland and Cisco fields during the 1920s and 1930s. Many wells "blew in" at 20, 30 and 40 thousand barrels of oil per day. These fields produce the famed West Texas Intermediate Crude (WTI) which is the benchmark for Worldwide Trading. Last month, ending March 25th, WTI averaged $101.86 per barrel including a buyer's premium of $2.00 per barrel.

Treaty's acquisition includes the three leases identified in the following list, all equipment, and oil in tanks.
